Agrimò at Pitti Taste 2026: Salento meets Florence

Agrimò al Pitti Taste 2026: il Salento incontra Firenze

There's a moment every year when Florence becomes Italy's capital of flavor. A place where the aromas of regional cuisines intertwine with the finest in gastronomic craftsmanship.

Even in 2026, we will be among these scents: Agrimò will officially participate in Pitti Taste 2026 , the most prestigious event dedicated to the excellence of Italian food.

For our family, who from Ruffano carries on the Salento tradition of ancient grains, it is much more than a fair: it is an opportunity to tell, taste and touch what has always distinguished us - the integrated supply chain from field to table and the artisanal care that we put into every single grain of wheat, according to the Agrimò Method .

Why Pitti Taste is a natural progression for Agrimò

Every year, Pitti Taste brings together select producers representing the best of Italian food and wine: farms, artisanal pasta makers, historic businesses, and emerging talents. Being selected among the exhibitors is a testament to our vision: pasta born from slowness, respect, and ancient knowledge.

We grow our own wheat. We clean it, store it cold without chemicals, and slowly stone grind it to preserve the germ and all its nutrients. Then we transform it into pasta, using bronze dies and drying at low temperatures, never exceeding 40°C. It's a long, patient, almost meditative process—and that's what we want to bring to Florence: the tangible reality of tradition, done well .

What we will present at Taste 2026

For this edition we have chosen to tell the story of Agrimò through its most representative products:

🌾 Our artisanal pastas

  • Semolina spaghetti

  • Rustic Fusillone

  • Paccheri

  • Orecchiette and sagne 'ncannulate, symbols of Salento

Porous, fragrant pasta, capable of retaining sauces and restoring all the nature of the wheat.

🌾 Stone-ground flours

  • Wholemeal durum wheat flour (98% of the grain)

  • Gentil Rosso Flour

  • Flours from legumes and ancient cereals

Flours rich in minerals and low in gluten, perfect for those seeking authenticity and nourishment.

🔥 Baked goods

  • Frise cooked in Lecce stone

  • Boiled taralli

  • Stone-ground breakfast biscuits and shortbread

Small daily gestures that tell the story of centuries of peasant culture.

Our way of presenting ourselves: simple, sincere, Salento

You won't find any special effects at the Agrimò stand.
You will find hands that tell stories, voices that explain, and samples that speak for themselves.

We will bring:

  • our mill , through photographs and videos of the process;

  • our land , with images of the sunny fields of Salento;

  • our chemical analyses , which confirm the total absence of pesticides, mycotoxins and chemical residues in our products — because taste comes first of all from purity.

We want Pitti Taste visitors to understand that Agrimò isn't just a brand: it's a family, a land, a method. It's a promise of authenticity.
