Thanks to the bronze-drawn process, their surface is porous and rough, a quality that makes them suitable for absorbing different sauces depending on the recipe, from simple sauces to richer ones.

They are used with light sauces suitable for fish-based sauces, such as clam sauce, or simple condiments like garlic, oil, and chili pepper. The rough surface of bronze-drawn spaghetti allows them to better grip liquid, flavorful sauces.
