Stelline are a small pasta shape resembling small stars, usually with a hole in the center. They're a type of industrial pasta made with durum wheat semolina or, sometimes, egg. Their small, fun shape makes them ideal for broths, soups, and baby food, but they can also be used in salads or simple sauces, thanks to their ability to absorb the sauce.
