Spaghettoni

These artisanal Spaghettoni (2.4 mm) are made exclusively with stone-ground grains from our land and local crops. The pasta is slowly bronze-drawn and then dried at controlled temperatures, never exceeding 40°C, for between 18 and 46 hours.
