On March 2, 2023, Agrimò durum wheat semolina underwent one of the most stringent tests: a search for pesticide and agrochemical residues. More than 300 substances were tested, from the most common to the lesser-known.
The result is extraordinary: no residues were detected . All parameters were below the limit of quantification, confirming that the semolina was completely free of chemical contamination.
